Upon login, you may be prompted to change your password. For security reasons, our server is configured to force users to update their password every 30 days. Once you have fully logged in, you will have a few options to choose from.
Open your Inbox
The first time you log in, you can choose your webmail client (described below) and then set the Open my inbox when I log in option to bypass this entire interface. You can always back out to the main screen from within webmail with the Webmail Home button.
Change your Webmail Client
Our server comes with Horde and Roundcube. Either of these are fine choices, and this is up to your personal preference.

Set Up Email on your Device
If you would like to use your simplicity.online email with your favorite desktop client or your mobile device, you will need to configure the mail application with the appropriate settings to get it to work correctly. If you would like to manually configure your client, you can do so with the settings on our POP, IMAP and SMTP server hostnames and ports page. Otherwise, the webmail client can email you instructions for your device type. Alternatively, use the Automatically configure my device link to download a file that you can use to configure your device.
Edit Your Settings
This section includes important settings for Calendars and Contacts, as well as account information and preferences. Please set up a backup email under Contact Information in case you need to reset your password.
You can configure the server to filter out more SPAM messages.
