POP, IMAP and SMTP server hostnames and ports

POP & IMAP protocols are used to retrieve your email from our servers. We recommend IMAP. You may also be prompted to enter username and password. Your username is your full email address, and the password is your simplicity.online password. IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.

  • Port Number: 993
  • SSL: Enabled

Troubleshooting IMAP

The most common issue that people have when configuring IMAP is that the SSL option has not been selected. Check that you have enabled the SSL option in your email program and that you have entered port number 993.

POP Server
